I woke up today not feeling to well. I was feeling a bit sluggish and run down. Thank God one of the kids at my job forced me to do a workout we put together.  It worked out really well. Try it.

1/4 mile run,                                                                                                                                                                                                                  12 Heavy KB swings (we used 62lbs),                                                                                                                                                                  10 pullups.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        4 rounds.

I know this is a modified “Helen” but we just felt like tweaking things.. Get used to it here at CrossFit IGNITE. we dont follow the norm.
