 Take today to REST.  Try to not workout if you have been training hard all week. Study something new. Google a workout, learn. Continue to educate your mind.

    P.s Andrew PR’d on the Turkisg get up at 72LBS!! He has entered in the serious realm now..
    Just a reminder a few of you are getting into the heavy KB’s.. This ia awesome! But now I will be even more strict with form its imperitive when we go this heavy..

    Randy, I didn’t watch the fight but I’m shocked that Machida won. I figured that Evans was too good of a boxer. The other two I was dead on.

    I’ll second the Foot nomination.

    Don’t worry everybody. They only get better from here on out. I was only testin the waters. LOL

    Machida had KO of the night but I gotta say I enjoyed the Drew McFeddries TKO even more. I’m not a fan of showboats and love seeing them get put in their place.
