Just a brutal reminder that although we have tons of fun daily working out and creating new relationships at CrossFit IGNITE.  There is a still a war going on. A real war, where young men and women are dying everyday in honor and defense of our United States. All political views aside. We at CrossFit IGNITE support our young men and women who risks their lives day in and day out so we don’t have to. Take time to remember some of them today.

First and foremost I would like to thank my team today for pushing me in that last stretch. Not sure where I found it,but somehow I did. I’d like to thank Steve and Tina for believing in this fat kid. I won’t let you guys down. And lastly I’d like to thank all my fans out there whom without all of you this wouldn’t be possible. Not only do I do this for me…..I do it for you too…..but mostly for me. HAHAHA!! Ok enough of my nonsense. It’s time to finally really reward myself. GET IN ME RIBS!!!!!! Be safe crossfitters.

Awesome team workout today!!! Great job STINA (steve +tina). It was a blast! Foot nice effort. Vic: you were a great team captain. Next time you bump into someone on the other team, take them out (even if it’s your wife). Enjoy the rest of the day.

    WOD #2
I just powerwashed the house and deck for time.
4:23 a little longer than last time but I was more thorough.

Included: overhead sprayer squats on a ten foot ladder.
    15 ladder climbs every hour.
Tremendous accuracy on the deck itself. Didn’t miss one spot.

It is true, Crossfit really does translate into real life tasks.

Awesome fun this morning. Inspiring effort Bev and Mark. Hope you guys come back again.
