21 – 15 – 9 for time:
  • Deadlift (body weight)
  • pullups
Then workout The Turkish Get Up. Try to reach your absolute 1 rep max effort.
It is imperative that this exercise is learned and executed with the precision of a surgeon. The movement will absolutely create the most sound and stable base for any athlete.

    Vic the test day is next week sometime. Its very important everyone gets this done. So important if people miss it its required to made up instead of the WOd the day they come in. We will be testing all week.. We have a strength day which consists of yes the Dead front squat and press. the mile, and a met con like fight gone bad possibly.

    Hahaha wow when i saw this i spit coffee on my computer screen. That was awesome and im glad you guys notice im not there. I couldn’t make it with work and don’t know if i will be able to make it today. I would much rather be deadlifting my bodyweight then working, believe me!

    I will make it the first day i can. I been keeping with the diet and doing cardio before work. See you guys soon.

    PS – Foot how did you see me leaving the Tobacco shop???

    Ok fine John,the cat’s outta the bag. Steve has had me following you for a few days. I just don’t want you to be too surprised when a dark blue van pulls up next to you and you’re dragged inside by men in ski masks and brought in to Crossfit Ignite. Hey 5 grand is 5 grand. HAHAHAHA!!!

    Horrible workout for me today.. Just didnt have energy.. def dropped some F-bombs. i was upset my body just wasnt responding..taking the rest of the week off.. BOOO on steve

    Andrww Gets MVP of the day.. he forced himself into learning the kip while doing the WOD. he pushed and pushed and didnt let it push back. Great time great movement great effort.

    haha i barely smoke but youre right that will stay until i don’t smoke at all. Great workout. Andy thanks for teaching me. I was drenched with sweat by the time i left….Is it weird that i can’t wait to workout tomorrow?

    You guys are great, thanks for missing me when i don’t show. Makes me want to come even more. Nice being party of the crossfit “family”.

    Camel john I am happy your part of the family! You bring a different flavor to our crossfit cult. And being psyched to workout is the best feeling…don’t let that fade!!! Your going to make huge accomplishments here…and of course your missed when u dnt show…maybe a little too much, you were stalked out this time! Thanks for the t’s the fit perfect I love t shirts!!! And even thou steve won’t recognize the days u haven’t smoked I will….keep it up and stay strong break the damn habit!
