"The Life We Lead..."

This is the life we lead. Our hands hurt, our bodies are sore. Sometimes we cant grip anymore. Our backs are tight are lungs are spent, but for some reason we keep going. We don’t stop. We trek along this endless journey of elite fitness. We become more and more of an athlete daily. This is the life we lead. We don’t front. We don’t pull punches. We come day in and day out giving 110%. We are CrossFit IGNITE. Our warm up IS your workout, not just some dumb slogan. We train for the goal of setting a higher standard for the next time. This is not some fly by night quick weight loss scam.This is blood , sweat and No tears, THIS IS CROSSFIT IGNITE, THIS IS THE LIFE WE LEAD!….

Strength:
Deadlift 5-5-3-3-3
 
Met-Con:
As many round as possible in 15 min.. **rest when needed**
15 wall balls (8,10,16,20lbs) we don’t have much to chose.
standing long jump – length of gym- (walking lunges if u cant jump)
10 over head squats. 65lbs.

    This looks awesome. Way to throw in the plyos. should soften up my calves just enough to walk up stairs. Seriously though, I don’t think I’ll be able to sit down at all on Saturday. Good thing I have two lacrosse games to actively spectate. This helps me make up my mind. I’ll leave the fold out chair in the mini van.

    Where the hell did Sprite come from? HAHAHA!! I will definitely be there today. I’m not even sure what wall balls are but I’m sure they’ll pretty much make me hate life for a bit.
    You want me to do a standing long jump the length of the gym?? I have a confession…I’m not superman. LOL

    7.25 rounds met con. Wow those were hard earned. The met cons never sound too difficult until about the 3rd round. I have never felt stronger than I do now after just 3 short weeks at Ignite. I can’t wait to see what I’ll be doing in a year. Thanks for pushing me everyone.

    Deadlifted 175 tonight…it was a strong night. I was able to get thru 7 rounds for the met con but I didn’t do weighted squats so I added an extra 5 to make up for it..so overall I’m happy. Vic thanks for coaching us this time! Its a different story being on the other end! Also congrats on the daedlift , short of three but still more than you’ve done…so be psyched!!
    Missed the girls today! Hope you all enjoyed your day off!

    I got 4and2/3 on the met-con,granted it wasn’t with weighted squats but I was damn near dead anyway.
    I’m so happy we didn’t have to jump the whole length of the gym in one jump. HAHA!
    Way ta kill it before P Disastizzle. You’re becoming one of my idols.
    You’re right Tina,it IS a different story on the other end. Sorry when I yell at you and Steve and drop F-bombs. I am a longshoreman after all. It’s almost a requirement for my job. HAHAHA!!!

    The plyo-jumps.. were my fav.. We need to do a ton more of those.. definalty a great segway into the power phase..

    Deadlift 5-5-3-3-3
    185 225 275 295 315(2rep) PR.
    Met – Con got 6 rounds.. it was definatly killer close to the 7-7’s..
    foot killed Paster disaster destroyed and mikee mike mike. did stellar with his fundamentals..
    Tina did a turkish get up with the 45lb barbell by the way.. im entering her in a powerlifting comp..

    Hey guys. Back is so sore today but i like it!! I have an 8am appointment tomorrow for my car so i wont have ride, but hopefully they finish my car by 9 and i will come straight to IGNITE.

    Steve i know you are jealous i brought your girlfriend gifts, so i got you a lil something too. lol
