Competition Day

Competition Day

Today is going to be a wild card.  We have a few things in mind that we want to do.. So were going to see the type of turnout tomorrow  to figure it out accordingly.. Don’t worry as usual it will be hard and FUN….

Check out these videos on some exercises were already doing and some you can be sure we will do in the near future..

  1. Overhead Squat

    Fun workout today. Welcome to the new guys.
    The last workout that had ring dips, I needed a resistance band for help. I did 5 unassisted ring dips in each round of todays workout. Plus, I did all of the pull-ups. So, I was pretty psyched. Then, I could not lift a kettlebell over my head to save my life and crossfit found a way to humble me once again.

    Was really sore and hungover but worked out anyways. Will be 10x more sore tomorrow. SWEET!

    Good job today guys…John I smelt tequilla the minute the WOD started…wonder where it was coming from! Vic missed you today but rest assure your wife still killed it. Deb almost with the 53lber…ALMOST THERE! Randy your back….awesome dips! Chago welcome come again…and Scot you did it alone but you did it!

    I woulda no shoulda had that 53lber if my damn foot stayed on the floor! I think Im gonna break out my doc martins and maybe the extra weight will hold them down! :)
    Great workout today, even though I completely screwed up my counting but I made up all the ones I missed, I swear!
