Some new faces gettin' thier sweat on...

PopQuiz!! time to test that strength again. What do you think you were just gonna stay where you are at with your lifts?
No way!.. Today do your best to try and add 5lbs to your 3 rep max.. see what happens.. Strong finishers.. that’s what we strive for.  Don’t give in..
Its Monday set the precedence for what you expect from your self for the rest of the week…
 
WOD:
Strength
Deadlifts
3-3-3-3-3
 
Met-Con: 3 rounds.
1/4 mile run
25 sit-ups.
Attention:   Fight Gone BAd 4 has been schedualed. Please go to the site http://www.fgb4.org/ to familiarize yourself with what it is, and what you can do to help. CrossFit IGNITE will be trying to make a major production of this event and we want the whole community involved. Please bring your ideas to Tina and I and lets really make an impact.

    Here it is everyone,,,,, A GOAL.. we wil be participating in this.. we need everyones help to make this a community event..
    Fight Gone Bad 4… thats right fight gone bad is a fund raiser as well as a wonderful work out..
    go to the site get ur hands dirty.. tell me what you can do to make this day awesome and put CrossFit IGNITE on the map for making a difference in people lives. Lets try n raise as much money as we possibly can. Ideas are welcome.. We need everyone on this one

    Great workout today guys… Strengths gains are at an all time high for everyone I think we def hit some PR’s I only got half a met con in today due to time restraints but its better then nothing… Man I’m starvin time to eat

    I haven’t jumped rope since I was a little kid so I figured that might be a disaster. haha
