We Train like beasts..

Welcome back.. Its the start of a new week and as always we like to hit it hard right off the bat. This is a nice conditioning WOD.
Please keep practicing the medball clean and ask for assistance with it when needed. Keep up the good work and keep giving 100%..
 
WOD:
 
10×10’s – 10 reps for 10 rounds.
 
  • Walking KB swings x 10 steps (53, 35)
  • Wallball x 10 shots (20/14)
  • Sit-ups x 10
Also:
 
Tabatta Planks
  • 20 sec work 10 sec rest non-stop clock 8 rounds.

    What in the world?? Did you completely forget to post a Sunday – Rest Day picture and comment area?? Does this push everything back and now Monday is rest day?

    No were here.. wejust really took a rest day and spend ALLL day on FOOT’s boat in greenwood lake.. Amaizing!!. i never liked boats till yesterday,,

    Its getting hot everyone.. we dont have airconditioning.. dress acordingly and bring a towel if you need it..

    I had a shark bump my leg one time while surfing… made me bleed pretty badly from his rough skin… does that count as a shark attack?

    Wow today was something else…..Finished in 13:33- RX…felt good…and it was sooooo hot…awesome! Great job everyone. Deb and Vic we missed you!
