Hardwork out yesterday… Foot looks like he’s trying to push down the crossfit wall in that pic. So awesome to see so many people working out and killin it. i’ll be back tonight for some wonderful front squats and push presses.
i will be there tonight. I am going to ba able to make one of the early classes today.

It is getting so hot especially at the 5pm classes that maybe we can put a kiddie pool out back?

Definitely coming in today. I need to blow off some steam. Huge shouting match that almost turned physical with my boss today at work. Gotta love the waterfront.

DAMN YOU 105LB BEAST!!!!! I HAD IT!!! I think I psyched myself out after I dumped it and was just not mentally prepared to do it today. Getting this done is becoming an obsession now.

The strength gains were AWESOME!!! the new guys are killin it during elements and the community was at full force today ANdrew PRing his get up.. cheering foot on the almost 105.. tom and chris KILLING THE FRONT SQUATS… John front squatting like hes been doing it for years.. Great great job.. Tina is a killer coach i dont envy you guys having her standards on your back!.. you gotta love it..
By the way I love the sound of people dumping their lifts!! It shows ur lifting safe AND your working at capacity!! Way to kill it

Watching Foot almost nail that 105 was impressive to say the least. Definitely motivating. Also, Elements classes are awesome.
Here are my times for the two mini workouts we did:
5 rounds 4 time:
5 kb deads (44 lb)
5 kb swings (44 lb)
5 barbell press (just bar @ 45 lb)

3 rounds 4 time:
10 jumping kip for form/speed
10 pushups

Room for improvement, but still happy I wasn’t completely dead. See you all tomorrow.
i woke up and can barely move. Watching Foot go for the 105lb psyched me up so much. PR turkish get up at 44kg. Then went past my max on push press and front squat. Tina you’re awesome, say it like it is “good job. put 15lb more on.” haha. 48kg HERE I COME!!!
