In 5 min.
  • Run 1/4 mile
  • Then perform as many Medball/Sandbag/or Barbell cleans as possible with the remainder of the time.
Rest 1;30
 
Repeat 3 more times.

    Well… I strained something good in the back/side of my neck… I’m in some serious pain. Definitely from those deadlifts… I need to learn to relax my neck muscles a bit while doing those! (I’ve done this same injury before many years ago).
    Anyhow… rest and relaxation for me until it heals, so hopefully that’ll be soon. The rest of my body feels great and is ready to go!
    Regardless, may be a few days before I see you guys again.

    My neck was wicked sore a couple of weeks ago. I went to the chiropractor and didn’t see much relief, so I decided to get a massage. It was completely better the next morning.
