    Finally getting settled for the night…today was a good day..finished in 1545..I sweat out all the toxins for sure..- felt good. Steve trailed right with me the whole workout pushing just as hard..ur a stud babe.. Excellent job deb those box jumps are looking good! Your progressing at a quick pace!

    i was glancing over at the rest of u guys while matt and i were still in “training”..can’t stop thinking about how brutal it looked!!

    as for the flickr photos…everyone looks amazing!!
    (i would just rather not be part of that..i look so ridiculous!!!)

    Randy is helping us organize a group workout at a local park this saturday. Due to the CrossFit Gymnastic Cert this Sat n Sun we will not be having classes at CrossFit IGNITE. This doesnt mean you should skip!!!. Randy should have details posted on here by the end of the day..

    Saturday morning workout for those of us who won’t be at the gymnastic certification. I was thinking about meeting at the Travell School in Ridgewood.
    340 Bogert Avenue
    Ridgewood NJ.

    I have worked out at this park before, We can do pull-ups and dips at the playground.
    Time: 9 am
    I asked Steve and Tina to help come up with a good park workout. Maybe a deck of cards, or Cindy? We shall see.
    Who is interested? If you have any suggestions, feel free to offer. We are all in this together.

    I vote we do deck of cards.. Its the best park WOD!!! And obviously everyone has to wear their CrossFit IGNITE shirts.. Right? Riiiigggghhhtttt!!!???

    Ugh i am sorry guys. Miss all of you. Been a pretty crappy week. I had a wake, funeral, i had one niight i had to stay out and entertain clients in the city, now tonight i have to go to an impromtu dinner for my aunts fiance.

    The list of BS goes on and on but believe me i am there in spirit. I usually do not get out of work early enough to make the 6pm on Fridays and Saturday i know there is the certification(good luck to anyone participating).

    I will be back at it full time starting Monday. In the meantime i have been jumping rope, doin pushups and working on my running to stay limber. See you guys soon.

    If I averaged the hours that I work… flippin burgers would soon become very attractive! I feel like a one-manned-band who sweeps the floor whilst playing an instrument! No time for fun….

    Here’s my vote for some more ring dips in the future. I stunk at them, but I figure I won’t get any better unless they are worked into the rotation again sometime soon.

    Steve….If you haven’t erased the board already, can you either leave my time on the board when you get in tomorrow or write it down somewhere? I forgot to fill in my folder. I will probably be at the 5PM class tomorrow, so I will update it then.
