    I went…. 20 at a time.. 20… 15…. 15.. 10…10…10…10… 5….5….5…5…5….5… and 10!!!

    And I can honestly say I don’t remember the last 10 and how I did them…. I just remember Steve’s voice in the background somewhere counting them out for me…

    Nutrition update: End of week 3, going strong, Paleo, no cheats

    I really can’t wait to have a glass of wine after this is all over. I don’t have any food cravings, just wine cravings!!!

    Hmmm… wasn’t really trying to rain on yer’ parade, Mandy. I do believe we were discussing the wide price range of options available to the non-paleo wine-drinking public, as well as the economic impact imparted on that population; most especially impacted, I am sure we would agree, would be those who most enjoy the synergystic benefits of low-cost yet high-flavor wines, such as those offered for sale at Trader Joes. A 50% price hike is sure to raise a few eyebrows and result in a decline in the amount of glasses raised to lips.
