    I started out at Crossfit able to do a whopping 10 push-ups or so. Today I did all 75 without falling down to my knees. Had to rest quite a bit on the last set of 25, and ended with doing them one at a time… but I did all 75! That’s my biggest advance of Crossfit so far. Thanks Ignite!
