TIME TO SIGN UP to take part in FIGHT GONE BAD 4…. We need everyone’s participation. Its one day one workout and a ton of fun.. Were gonna try and have 3 different stations set up for everyone. Very beginner, intermediate and advanced (RX).. tell everyone, mom’s , dad’s etc. Its to raise money to fight prostate cancer and to help the Wounded warrior project. Were planning on having an informal BBQ afterwards as well. Anything you guys can do to spread the word would be awesome.. Maybe get a “team” together at your job. It cost nothing to take part. Remember this is a very hard workout BUT can be scaled for EVERYONE…. Please post ideas and what you can contribute.. This is what our lil community is all about

I missed the grease truck discussion from yesterday. Some grease trucks can be great! There was one outside of the Univ of Penn Hospital that was superb! I used to love to listen to folks order… Customer: “How much for extra meat?” Greaseman: “50 cent!” Cust: “WuWee! 50-cent?” Grease: “Five-O… fiffy cent!” Cust: “Damm Sugga… give me adolla wurff of extra meat, extra ketchup, extra-extra hotsause & extra salt!… fiffy cent!!”
Someone mentioned fries on a sandwich… how ’bout this… LARGE cheese steak… looks to be 20 inches long… starts with three eggs on the roll, steak, onions,hot peppers, cheese & either fries or hash browns! and ketchup and hot saususe. Dam good eats! You get it at Hungry Brothers in Haledon & eat it next door at The Shepard & Knucklehead washed down with an assortment of beer. Dam fine drinkin’
One negative… you will feel like crap the next day, but it is nervana… at least for a little while! Carry-on…
