After last night’s WOD I stopped at Trader Joes for some lowfat choc milk as a recovery drink (was lookin for the choc soy… but the milk rasres better!). Then I stopped at Nelly’s and picked up two pies… garlic and regular!!!!!!! Thin crust and tasty.

This morning I had a cup of oatmeal with a spoonful of peach preserve & coffee. I will do the WOD at home… also looking to spin indoors.

    Alaska…

How did you guys break up the push-ups? I could probably do the first two rounds ok, but after that I’d have to break them up.

I just finished. I timed it at 21:56, but I am not sure if I did every movement properly. For example, I am not sure if I went up high enough on the super mans. Also, is each lunge counted as 1, or do you count to 1 after you lunge with the left and right? I counted each lunge as one. I counted the mountain climbers once after every left AND right, but I wasn’t sure about the lunges.

I didn’t think that I’d sweat this much.

Who is Jared? Is he new? I have a horrible memory, so perhaps I have met him 100 times. Jared, if you are out there and if I have forgotten meeting you, I apologize!!!!!!!!

that was sick. i wanted to do it outside in the rain like i was on the beach at Coronado, but i thought better of it. Tonight, I threw kicks and punches on the focus pads and body pad with my daughter. She can kick very hard… I could swear that she was visualizing that she was hitting me and not the pads… it was just something in her eyes!

It’s been slightly over 12 hours since the workout and I am already experiencing new levels of pain. No one should ever do that many knees to elbows in one week no less one day.

I would call in sore if I had to work tomorrow.

I liked this WOD. I did it again today and timed it 23:18. Yesterday, I didn’t time it… counting one one thousands, rwo one thousands at the same time as you are counting to twenty can be confusing!

Going to take the dog for a hike or do a Spinervales cycling tape now… that will make you puke!

I have to admit that picturing Tina yelling at me for eating french fries worked last night. Although everyone around me was eating them I pictured sweet, innocent Tina turing into large Marge and it was enough for me to say No Thanks!!!

    hahah go Kenia! Go Tinarge!

Looking forward to seeing you John! And anyone else out there who has toyed with the idea of being an “early riser” once in awhile… It’s like a little surprise party when someone new shows up.
