		<description>Today&#039;s workout was perfect for my cardio-junkie heart!!  13:10 was my time.  Started first round of 50 wall balls with 16 lb ball, then discovered Deb G. had 2 14 lbs so replaced with 14 for the rest.  phew!!</description>
