    Steve, I just saw the photo of the shirt in yesterday’s WOD. Is that shirt for sale? Does it have anything on the back?

    Loved the workout this morning. Loved the shirt……….Sorry I didn’t wear my costume. However, when you see the photos below, you’ll see why I didn’t wear it. It is a Transformer school bus. I am inside it when it is on the ground and in “bus” mode:

    I am in serious need of an intervention! (Physically, mentally & spiritually.) Perhaps I am having a mid-life crisis? Time on this earth is far too short. There are so many things to do and so much missed while we are living our lives. Socrates said it succintly: “Not life, but good life, is to be chiefly valued.”

    First, I have decided that I need to get myself healthy and fit… crossfit is doing that.

    I’m with you there, Scott! Once I can kick ass and reach “seal” status, I am going to trade my wife in for a younger model, build a hot air balloon, and see the world!

    Diet: I need to figure this out and get it squared away. I’ve been reading about the Zone and Paleo diets. Did you know that Paleolithic man was cannibalistic? Honest Injun! I once had a button that stated “Lawyers Eat Their Young.”

    What’s should the new tag line be?

    Instead of “Our warm-up is your work -out!” How about: “Our recovery meal just might be YOU!” or “A dash of Tabasco will make anyone taste good!”
    Or, “No need for you to join Cross Fit Ignite, there will be more of you to go around!” “First one to that big tree and back Wins… & eats”
