I am a crossfit no show… a ghost even… I do not exist… since I am not here (well I’m here, but not there) I do not have to do the WOD… I am only cheating myself, I know, I know… but right now I am eating a hugh bowl of ice cream and you are not!
My only excuse is that I have a cold… and I am rather tired of it, really.

Those ring dips were tough tonight. I only did a few before going to the band. I was able to do the pull-ups without a band, though. Learning the kip (or at least some bastardized form of it) has definitely paid off.
Best news for me tonight was that I went up two weights in the turkish get-up. I won’t even say what I did, as I probably still have the worst get-up of anyone who has been crossfitting for more than a few weeks. But progress is progress. At this rate, I think I will get to the “beast” by the time I retire.
