We are doing a lot of jumps this month. I should have tested my vertical jump and broad jump beforehand.

What is everybody squat cleaning these days. Right now I’m power cleaning more than squat cleaning. Is that the way it is supposed to work?

Movie Reviews:
Rentals – “My Sisters Keeper”… A++++ BUT Brutal.. you will cry from the first 5 min to the closing credits.. Not even a sceen or two to regroup and save face in front of your girlfriend… Brutal but great..
Theater – “Blind SIde” _ A+++ very good feel good movie.. Great family flick.. you catch yourself smiling at times just watching.. May cry a bit but its a great thanxgiving feel good thank God for what you have movie..
Vic, for me it’s the opposite. I’m doing the same for each… right now the weight I can get up on my shoulders is the limiting factor.
Movie Review
Theater – “2012″ – I give it a B+ Some of the computer generated scenes were over done and took the realism away for me. It’s a fun movie regardless of that however, as the rest of the movie was pretty cool. Ivana easily gave this movie an A+ though.
Dreary day.. Cold n cloudy.. Days like this r tuff to get the energy to train.. But we r differenbt we are warriors training skills in life survival.. So grab a cup of cofee psych urself up and make today one of ur best training days ever.. Bring ur PMA!!

I liked this workout. I think I finished at 7:45, or something close to that. I lost some time because I had to pause in the middle of my sumo’s for the first two rounds, and perhaps in the last (I forget – I was tired!). I also couldn’t figure out the best way to row to maximize calories burned. I know the slower and more powerful row (slow return, faster pull) does better for our other non calorie workouts, but I could have sworn that the faster pulls/returns were burning more calories tonight. Anyone know?
Son of a gun! I got beat. I train so much harder when I know where the bar is set, instead of setting the bar first thing in the morning.

i trained next to billy this morning . box jumps like a champion.
Anyone have video of Billy box jumping? I hear it is pretty impressive. I figure there is an art to a good box jump.
