I cam e in at 7:45ish i think i forget.. it was def a RIPPER for me .. whenever i wheeze at the end of a WOD it means its def a tuff one..

		<description>I liked this workout. I think I finished at 7:45, or something close to that. I lost some time because I had to pause in the middle of my sumo&#039;s for the first two rounds, and perhaps in the last (I forget - I was tired!). I also couldn&#039;t figure out the best way to row to maximize calories burned. I know the slower and more powerful row (slow return, faster pull) does better for our other non calorie workouts, but I could have sworn that the faster pulls/returns were burning more calories tonight. Anyone know?</description>
