Steve, you got down on one knee. Way to go my man!!!
Congrats to the happy couple from my family to yours.
No wonder there have been so many air squats, Spider Mans, and Turkish get-ups in the WOD’s lately. Steve was practicing his form for getting down on one knee and back up again without falling over!.
What you guys didn’t know is that Tina put on the ring and ran the around the room on her hands, while Steve extended his one leg in “pistol” position before standing back up.
I say we all go to the 7PM on the next weeknight Ignite is open and conclude the WOD with a jog down to the nearest bar for a celebratory drink.

Anyone else experiencing some mega sore shoulders after Saturday’s workout? I think it might have come from the jumping jacks. Not sure I have ever heard of a jumping jack injury, but then again, I’ve never done that many before.
If you are coming to CrossFit on Monday night this week, consider coming to the 7PM session. If we get a nice turnout, we’ll head over to a local pub for a drink in honor of Steve and Tina’s engagement. Please post here if you are coming. So far, it is Steve, Tina, Brad and myself.
