New Years Eve Crew!!

Happy New Year!!!
 
No class Friday Jan 1 2010.
 
Saturday Jan 2nd 9 – 10am class
 
WOD:
***Open Gym** * (members only)
 
Work on skills and level sheets.
 
***Please bring in your old health club membership cards for the “Health Club Cemetery”..
 
***Also prepare your GOALS (not resolutions) for the new year.

    I wanted to do ring dips for the one-a-day thing, but that will be tough considering I don’t have access at home.

    I just did my first row of the January period. If you haven’t signed up, here is my pitch again……Remember, you don’t have to promise a ton of meters – just promise to push yourself more than you have in the past. Steve and Tina are going to make rowers available before and after classes, and of course you will be able to log your meters whenever rowing comes up as a normal part of the WOD. Aside from taking 10 minutes to register for the challenge at the Concept2.com site, you only have to access the site one other time to log your meters at the end of the month…..or you can log more frequently if you want.

    Cool – great to have you guys join! Considering I can’t get myself to leave the house for a run, this rowing challenge is coming at a good time.

    If anyone hasn’t seen it yet, check out the Mikko Salo documentary on the CrossFit Journal site. It is really good.
