Is THAT what we’re getting into for the next phase? I was expecting some namby-pamby hopping and skipping and jumping, half expecting you to ask us all to grow our hair out so we could properly wear pigtails… but THAT looks fairly bad-ass!

Great pic Vic and Haley! Now, she’s no beast!

    6amers

    Tom 22 rounds
    Vic 24 rounds

Important to do this early before the soreness of yesterday’s workout hits me hard.

Is anyone still sore from Monday? My thighs have been burning all week.

  8. DREW on January 28th, 2010 4:16 pm

    Your thighs are burning, Randy?
There’s probably a cream for that, as well as a nice pamphlet explaining how to avoid such things.

Best video ever! Except for Deb’s videos. They are really the best ever.

Drew: Now that you are beastmaster, I am intimidated and do not want to anger you. That was very funny.
    Humbly yours,
    Randy

Oh yeah, I meant my QUADS not thighs.

Can you sub a dumb bell push press for a pull up?

15 rounds of Cindy using 2 40 lb dumb bells & then 30 mins on the indoor bike… 90 secs on 90 secs off & now have have a wee-bit-o-puukie running from my gut to my throat and back again. Throwing-up is so much better than the Threat-to-throw-up! That is an example of the bark being worst than the bite!

A pretty cool website for Roadies that sends out a newsletter every Thursday. It also has good nutrition info and exercisology! It usually pops up on the blackberry when I need it most… sitting in court and waiting and waiting …

Now I must get back to work.

Lastly, JohnO… did you get a group together to do that nulti-day run from up-state NY to NYC in May? I will be in Georgia, but I know someone who may be intersted in joining a group for the event.

    OK… on a conference call… boring…

    Two Irish ditch diggers….
Were working one day across the street from a house of ill repute. They were digging away, paying not much mind to it until they saw the Rabbi from the local synagogue going in the door.

“My word! Did you see that! The Rabbi going into a place like that! Can ye believe the shame of it?”

They carried on for several minutes over it and then went back to work and were only digging for a few more minutes when they saw the Baptist minister going in!

“Now, for cryin’ out loud, it’s the minister! Can you believe a man of the cloth and a community leader patronizing such a place? I pray the good lord doesn’t strike me blind for just seein’ such a thing!”.

Again, they carried on for several minutes and went back to work. But within minutes, they got the shock of their lives! Father Flannigan, their Priest dashed in the door.

“OH MY! What an awful thing, now! That was Father Flannigan!”

“Yes it was!”, exclaimed the other. “One of the poor lassies must be dying!”
