    Wow! That’s sick! John Boy will probably be doing them by Monday as if he had been doing them the past 5 years.
    This WOD looks great! I don’t know if Ive ever done it before.

    Strength Phase went great everyone, getting alot of e-mails and compliments on how strong and good everyone is feeling, all numbers seem to be up even peoples running performance has increased, and we havent really been running!! great .. Numbers dont lie..!!
    Again thank you all for the kind words and encouragement…
    Gymnastic Phase is gonna be fun

    Hey guys the rowing challenge has been closed, so if you havent signed up you no longer can take part as an official team member. NOW this does not mean you can not take part.. keep logging your meeters and we will just add them to existing team members..

    Steve, I have a measely 4000 meters: 2000 from a WOD last week, plus I did an extra 2000 afterwards.
