I shall make my triumphant return tonight after a one-week hiatus to slay the east we call “Helen on Water.” Looks like it will be about 12 minutes of H*LL.

That’s a great name. Sadly, I had to think about it for a minute or two. ;)

Can we get a couple of flat screen TVs and a row of steppers, some spin bikes and a row of treadmills, please? And mirrors, lots and lots of mirrors, so so we can check out all of the other people checking themselves out and checking you out while you are checking them out! And the step machines just have to be lined up so that you can watch TV while you watch the steppers, checking for proper form. Is there a POSE technique for stepping?

Helen on water was fun….. No more large bands for me!
