Vic, thanks. I’ll be working on improving my deadlift form for a while… I think I’ll stick with 425 as a max for now. I need to improve strength in a lot of other areas.

Folks, there is also a C2 race in Kearney on March 6. It’s unlikely I can make that date due to a personal conflict, but if Ignite wants to send a group I can help with a little pre-coaching. I don’t think the registration is open yet but I got confirmation that they are running the race.
