Im either really disapointed in the lack of goals for the majority of you guys OR really impressed with the amount of thought your STILL putting into your 2010 goals..
Lets go everyone get some goals on the board!

How’s that Weird Al song go?

    George, George
    George of the Jungle,
    Strong as he can be.
    (Ahhhhhhhh)
    Watch out for that tree.

    George, George,
    George of the Jungle,
    Lives a life that’s free.
    (Ahhhhhhhh)
    Watch out for that tree.

When he gets in a scrape,
    he makes his escape
with the help of his friend,
    an ape named Ape.
    Then away he’ll schlep
    on his elephant Shep
    While Fella and Ursula
    Stay in step.

    Well….George, George
    George of the Jungle,
    Friend to you and me.

    Watch out for that tree.

That song also pre-dates Weird Al… didja’ know that?

  6. Brad on February 17th, 2010 10:05 pm

Doesn’t everyone know that? Used to be the theme song of a children’s show on TV.

Thanks Steve for pushing me for that extra 5 lbs on the deadlifts today!
DL: maxed at 300 for the set of 3.
C2 2K piece: 6:49.8, no sprint due to being on the rebound from a cold.
Did Crossfit Endurance C2 workout from yesterday 2 hours after: 10x(30″on, 30″ off) on C2, done at about 90% due to some reticence about the back after the heavy DLs. Meters per rep: 155, 154, 153, 148, 152, 152, 153, 156, 160, 161.
It honestly started out as a “get it over with” day for me, but I’m pretty happy with the results and credit the mental toughness from Crossfit for getting me through.

Cruise? You would have to convince Vic to go…he despises cruises ever since our honeymoon to the Western Caribbean. He felt like all he did was eat, that he was trapped on the boat and whenever we were getting off for an “excursion”, that it was like the running of the bulls as everyone tore down the gangplank. How about an Ignite Hiking Trip and Camp-out instead??? :)

  10. Neil on February 18th, 2010 2:45 am

Hike/camp wins for me, too. I’ve been on cruises and frankly, it ain’t all that.

There are some great trails around here.

  11. Deb M on February 18th, 2010 2:53 am

Hike.camp = vigorous activity and paleo diet
Cruise = sedentary and rich/fattening diet
I ask you, which one is more Crossfit Ignite compatible???

  12. tina on February 18th, 2010 3:04 am

Guys I don’t know…..I def think cruises surpass anythng…we are totally beach people and a beach with a boat waiting is everythng and then some! But we’re willing to do whatever works for everyone camping whatever sounds like a good time…this crew would have a good time anywhere :) just wanted to post on the fact that I love cruises neil!!! Mayb. U haven’t been on the right one lol. And deb diet smi-et…no eating healthy on any vaca!!!

  13. Deb G on February 18th, 2010 3:41 am
