I know I said I wasn’t interested in the Paleo diet, but I would love to take the nutrition class. I went on the web site, very interesting.
    Enjoy the weekend everyone…

OK ya’ll, WED WOD | 408 calorie burn approx 27 minutes. FRI WOD | 400 calorie burn in 23:00 minutes. SAT WOD | 315 calorie burn in 19:23. only at crossfit… If I would have rocked it at 90% intensity, I would have burned more…Monday is the start of a new week for 100% intensity…I’ll keep tracking my caloric burn.

Legs were on fire after yesterday. Needless to say, my planned 10 miler turned into a 7 mile version of “The Little Engine that Could”. Good stuff.

I am definately into the nutrition class.

I got out later today then I had wanted and found the side of the roads littered with bananna peels… it was as if I was following the trail of a wild pack of Chimps!

“Murph” this morning at Overpeck Park.

Rx’d 47 minutes 40 seconds. Felt good for the entire workout.
