Way to go Vic! Burpee-box-jumpx are not for the mere mortal. But then again, there’s nothning mere about you!

As far as Drew is concerned>>> I put a shout out for him last week or the week before when I asked Brad where Beavis has been! Neither Drew or Brad took the bait!

Tina: Be aware, there have been several burglaries in your town today and over the last few days. My brother-in-law was hit and he is a quick walk away from you through those woods. Police said that there were others. It is ashamed that a home owner can not booby-trap their property! A shotgun and trip wire here… a small explosive charge there… a crossbow aimed at the femeral artery. Perhaps a snare swinging into some razor wire and a bed of nails?

We are all very proud of you Coach Vic!!!

Scott- I love the booby-trap idea!! Oh and you would have been so proud of me, I got in touch with nature this past Sunday. Well let me explain what I mean by getting in touch with nature: I watched the Discovery channel and they had a series called “Life” (can I add that I saw it in HD so it was like I was practically there barefoot and all) I was fascinated with all those creatures of the wild!!

Kenia I am so confused! I thought that the name Kenia was translated from ancient Greek to mean: “She who runs through grass bare-footed”? And then, in Roman times (gladiators were the first practicianers of Crossfit!) the name became: “She who will kick your ass in this WOD!” It seems as though you have truely embodied the Roman version, yet you have grown away from the original Greek definition! You are going to have to start the Sunday runs, particularly when its a trail run! By summertime, you will be doing a Mud Run event! I just dare ya!

Thanks Scot I just let my family know…and I’m all for the booby- trapping of your property. We pay taxes so we should be able to protect the way we seem fit even if that means a crossbow!

Vic your going to do great! :)

Kenia- ok baby steps are perfect…..you WATCHED a nature show…..step in the right direction! maybe next time watch with your feet in a bucket of dirt. This way your not OUTSIDE yet, you can screen the dirt for any bugs etc and you’ll be getting that one step closer!

Nobody tell Kenia, but after a particularly tough and sweaty WOD (when she is weakest and things will stick to her!) she should be thrown down (gently) into the grass (dirt would totallt freak her out!) and rolled around until she yells Uncle!

Has a certain Bavarian car company locked its employees away in endentured servitude? It went from OfficeFit to a damp basement, a straight-back wooden chair and a bare lightbulb hanging from the ceiling!
