  • 30 Pullups  Chest to Bar (chest must make contact to bar)

  • 30 Feet to Bar
  • 30 SDHP 95#/55#
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 30 KBS American 24kg/16kg

    I was thinking about the nutrition discussion / tips for Vic that were made yesterday. It seems like sound advice, yet with this caution. Vic is doing everything right: He’s in top shape and he has been eating properly. Now is not the time to change anything about his diet. Fuel with the appropriate number of calories for the task, but don’t try anything new the day before the event. I know that seems obvious but it is a mistake that many make. Vic, just do what you have been doing… it has taken you this far and it will take you further. Good Luck!

    I can’t wait for the day that I can run as fast as Tina does air squats. Damn she’s fast.
