Yea, so let’s break down this workout a little bit.
?Deadlift – Leg hip power, back pulling
?Burpees – Leg hip power, core, back pulling, arms/chest pushing
?Hang Power Clean – Leg hip power, back pulling
?Pull-ups – Arms pulling
?Front Squat – Leg hip power, core
?Push-ups – core, arm/chest pushing
?Push Press – core, arm/shoulder pushing
?Back Squat – Leg hip power, core, leg pushing
?Thrusters – leg hip power, core, leg pushing, arm pushing
Should be interesting.
And it’s 95lbs… not the FGB 75 lbs…. lol.

Just had some grilled bison burgers cut into strips. With strips of tomatoes, onions, cucumbers (pickles are vinegar based), and Avocado sandwiched between two rigid pieces of romain lettuce.
In a word… PALEAWESOMESSY!!!!
Brad, I agree…I completely blew it at 95 lbs. and had to retreat to <Rx.
At least there aren’t any overhead squats….

Brad I did this at home, at lunch, using 75lbs. The last 5 thrusters were life threatening.
