Where - The Palisades.  Meet at the Dunkin Donuts on Kinderkamack near the Emerson train station.
What - A trail run

    WOD for today was
    400m run
    50 pushups
    400m run
    50 air squats
    800m run
    100 mtn climbers..

    Best time was – Adam 10:30 Jared !0:31
    Nick D did it in 15:50
    his time Just the mile 3 months ago was 16:40!!! WOW!!!

    This morning: 1 hr fast paced spin while watching Manchester United v Tot’ham followed by a ride in Tina’s neck of the woods>>>> all the hilly streets 2 & 3x’s each in big gears mashin’… then some time off for kiddie-taxi service and pancakes at Abbie’s. Now a 3hr ride out and back. (However, the WOD looks tasty!)

    Sorry I didnt make it. My shoulders are smoked and I was afraid of what the wod would be. That being said, I probably couldve made it through the push-ups but it wouldve taken me 5 or so minutes. Those are great times that these guys did! Wow, Nick! What a major improvement.

    Those really are good times. In fact, they are so good that I wish I was there to see it. You have to figure that, in a best case scenario, the running would have taken about 6 minutes, but that is really BEST case scenario if you were doing nothing but running and you had a pretty fast person doing it. That means that Adam did the rest in about 4 minutes. That is nuts.

    To anyone contemplating coming out for running club: we’re going to push this week’s class to next Sunday. Sorry. Weather conditions and a nasty cold for one of our members have necessitated this move.
