    Had a great WOD outdoors at San Francisco Crossfit this evening…thanks Steve for the intro!

    Thanks Brad. I felt great today. Sometimes a week off makes a big difference.

    OK, so John and I are at Home Depot buying a grill and by the checkout there is this big computer with a 22 inch screen and you can look up anything online…yup you guessed it I pulled up the site hoping to find tomorrows WOD. Then this great thought came to mind…leave the screen up with the Ignite homepage. So, Steve and Tina if anyone new comes in and they say they found you from Home Depot it was crazy me.
    As our Dear Vasti would say “Did I ever tell you I love crossfit.”
