hey guys – i just want to express my anger with planks….. this is probably the simplest looking exercise ever, yet it can crush you in round 7 and/or 8… to a passerby it looks like NOTHING, but when you’re doing it – man, that is work.
i think i like exercises that not only ARE tough, but LOOK tough.
with that said, i’ll be doing planks today…
ps – triple extension in that pic is money – though i think it’s actually quadruple extension if you count the face…

My favorite on of the tabatta planks are the involuntary convulsions that begin around round 6.
Randy, Deb made an amazing paleo pancake recipe from the paleo cookbook. It was amazing!!! The melted blueberries on top were outstanding.
