Congrats to Robin, Gina, Mike, and John on completing their Elements Class. Also congrats to Stef Cedeno on Completing her Elements and continuing to cary the torch her sister Vasti ignited 2 months ago. Way to go everyone!!

1 —> 10 –>1
 
1 of each movement then 2 of each movement, 3 of each , 4 of each till you hit 10. Then ramp back down 9 of each 8 of each till you hit 1 again.

    Did the Mack 20:10 Endurance WOD on the water this AM, immediately followed by the Angie ladder at the boathouse. I am cooked!

    GREAT workout today!!! Lots of people at Ignite this morning!!! There were like 50 people (ok so maybe it wasn’t 50, I am spanish I’m allowed to exaggerate!!) Foam rolling session was very informative, def need to get one of those bad boys ASAP!!

    10 hours at Bamboozle and by the end I was still going strong… everybody else was asleep in the car!

    WOD: roughly 5 mile run to the gates; then 7 mile trail run with 16 obstacles at Tough Mudder, Bear Creek, PA.

    Awesome time.
