  • 10 – Box jumps
  • 15 – Old School Gym Class Windmill Toe Touches.
  • 200m run (fire hydrant and bk)

    I thought I had a shot at my goal time today: 1:35. Unfortunately, blisters stopped me short.

    I’d made the conscious choice to move back to some old shoes I used before the switch to the Vibrams in order to pick up some time. In the process though, I broke the cardinal rule of racing: never race with something you haven’t trained in. Dumb mistake.

    My legs and wind were good though, so I’m encouraged for what this means moving forward.

    We’ll see.
