Cecelia (Senora Double Unders)sent me that video about a month ago and it totally motivated me to work at the friggin things…You need to throw out the clock, bite the bullet and do the double unders even it takes forever…It took me over 18 minutes today, but i did all 150 double unders..(and probably enough singles in between to equal the single amount). It sucked watching everyone else there being done in 6 or 7 minutes…but Rx’ing was worth it..
Great! So far I have 3 of 7 slots full for the Steer (BEEF!!) order I posted about yesterday… Go to yesterday’s post and read about it if you are interested in purchasing some grass only fed certified organic beef, delivered to Ignite.
Who else is in???? If I don’t fill 7 slots… we’ll still order 1/2 steer.
Brad, I’m totally down for some grass fed BEEF. Count me in, and thanks for getting this together.

Great Coop! We have 4 slots full… but one person will take two slots if I can’t get 7 people together.
So we must get 2 more people, but will accept 3 more people for the first order.
If there are an extra 3 or 4 people on top of the 7, we’ll just order another 1/2 or full steer as necessary.

Today was the 1st time I ran the full 400m without walking. Kept telling myself, “Can’t walk, gotta’ run!” Must give respect to the runners – they make it look so easy.

Actually re-ripped my left hand (but not to bad)…hate the gloves….but may have to get used to them.
Oh, didn’t actually know your ripped your hand.
I was referencing how just holding onto the bar for pullups.. and then the kettlebell for the swings, will be very difficult… followed by more power cleans? yikes… need lots of grip strength for today I’d think.
Regardless, hope you heal up quickly!
