    If I were going to design the perfect Wod, this would be it!

    Who’s getting their first Muscle up tomorrow? While you”re hanging from the rings, false grip, real hard kipping pull up at the bottom, then throw your chest forward at the top and ring dip. It’s just that simple.

    Today’s WOD was about as perfect as I’ve seen here at Ignite. Thanks to Vic for all the scaling tips…

    Doing the Wall Street Run this Thursday evening at 6:45pm. Starts on Greenwich Street at the intersection with Murray Street…if anyone works in the City, come down and see the run start…

    6amers did an awesome job. Muscle ups are a hard movement but there are many different ways to scale it. I don’t think that anyone felt deprived of a workout especially in this heat. I plan on sweating at the 5 today.
