Start at blue line. run to fence and back , thn do 15 burpees, run to fence and back do 14 burpees, run to fence and back do 13 burpees. Keep doing this till you do 1 burpee.

So I guess I’ll be the first to post being that all of u guys are at The Iron Horse getting shitty! Anyways, looking forward to tomo’s WOD especially because I LOVE BURPEES!! LOL!!! NOT!

Chris, Great video. Love the funny reactions on people’s faces. I especially love how in every CrossFit video there is the obligatory taking off of a tee shirt by one of the men.

hee hee. But really, I think in every video a man takes off his shirt. Funny. Hey, this is turning into a rest week for me, I guess. My back is better but I decided to take a few days to chill. I think im about to pass out! 6am and did 120 Burpees does not equal good mix, i might’ve burped up some Tequila in the corner on my 5th round.

T-Rev you’re my hero, going in at 0600 after all that drinking…I am slightly hungover…I want to thank all of my CFI fam for forcing drinks down my throat…I actually slept last night, so I’m not complaining…almost passed out in the car, but I made it in… Nick D, we have to find that ferris wheel…

Ivana and I had a GREAT time last night… With family, there is always someone ya really don’t wanna talk to much… but with the IGNITE FAMILY I wanted to talk to everyone!

And hey, I thought all you guys doing the tequila shots were going to stay at Iron Horse drinking all night and then do the 6am WOD????

Nick D I am glad to hear you are alive, I thought we would have heard about you and the ferris wheel incident on the news : )
As I drove our inebriated Nick D. home last night “Stef, I really wanted to go to that Ferris Wheel”.
Hahahahaha. Love it… sorry I missed the drunk Nick D… but glad I was there beforehand to witness the first few shots going down.
So… we lose Nick, but gain Vasti back. Rather keep both of you, but the world must need another lawyer!
A lawyer finds out he has a brain tumor, and it’s inoperable – in fact, it’s so large, they have to do a brain transplant. His doctor gives him a choice of available brains – there’s a jar of rocket scientist brains for $10 an ounce, a jar of regular scientist brains for $15 an ounce, and a jar of lawyer brains for the princely sum of $800 an ounce. The outraged lawyer says, “This is a ripoff – how come the lawyer brains are so damned expensive?”
The doctor replies, “Do you know how many lawyers it takes to get an ounce of brains?”

I had a great time last night on my first ignite family outting. It was a pleasure to meet Vasti and I think were all going to miss Nick a lot! Couldn’t wake up for my 8:30 wod time.. was up late watching crossfit journal videos haha. i should make it to the 7pm with Will!
What is the deal with all of the headbands being worn at ignite lately?
