Goal Setting

“Set goals that yield a positive effect on your life whenever you think about them, long before the final outcome is actually achieved. Treat goal-setting as a way to enhance your present reality, not as a way to control the future.”

Goal setting is an important task but is not widely used. Goal setting is incredibly effective and can provide clarity and focus not only for the future, but also for the present. The process provides disciplined structure and direction when working towards a stated purpose. Goal setting also provides motivation and can help you organize your time and resources so that you can make the most of your efforts and day. You have a responsibility as an athlete, profesional, parent, spouse etc. to own these responsibilities and be the absolute best you can be. If we don’t have things to strive and fight for daily, our days feel wasted. Won’t you come join me for 30 minutes so together we can start you on the journey to take control of the rest of your life, because “sucking at something is the first step to being sorta’ good at something”.
