  • 1 hr. 1 on 1 Information will be collected regarding your current eating habits, health history, exercise routine and any concerns you may have. A one on one consultation will provide clients with advice on meal content, food selection, portion control.
  • You will receive a plan that is very individualized and designed to fit you.
  • Follow up appointments address further educational needs, track progress towards your goals and will provide strategies to help with challenges or problem areas,
  • Each follow up session consists of one 1/2-hour meeting in a week.

– 8 Week Plan – $250 –

  • Body fat analysis before and after 8 weeks.
  • 1 hr. 1 on 1 / Information will be collected regarding your current eating habits, health history, exercise routine and any concerns you may have. on one consultation will provide clients with advice on meal content, food selection, and portion control
  • You will receive a plan that is very individualized and designed to fit you. A one.
  • Follow up appointments address further educational needs, progress towards your goals and will provide strategies to help with challenges or problem areas you are experiencing, each follow up Session consists of 1 cumulative hour per week of 1 on 1 meetings or text messages when you have questions.
