At CrossFit IGNITE we are here to work with you each step of the way. We want to see results for you just as much as you do. As a team, we will work together to help you achieve your goal. You will be coached in some of the most intense and educational training sessions a person will ever do. We will provide you with a constant and continuing education and an atmosphere that will not be duplicated. A personal and creative environment where we will all sweat, learn, laugh and cry together. FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE
The first introductory Class is always free. All you need to do is email steve@crossfitignite.com to let us know you are coming.


All new clients are required to complete the Mandatory Fundamental Sessions. This package consists of 3 one hour personal training sessions. Generally we try and have you complete all 3 sessions prior to beginning the group classes. This ensures that you have been taught the fundamental movements as they pertain to CrossFit IGNITE, as well as understanding the concepts of proper form, range of motion, scaling to ability, and intensity.

This is where it all begins. The CrossFit IGNITE Mandatory Fundamental Sessions package is 3 one hour personal training sessions. The purpose of the ‘one on one’ personal training sessions is to introduce the CrossFit IGNITE method of training as well as the fundamental movements that we most often use in our workouts. You will get a chance to learn at your own pace and ability so that you aren’t overwhelmed in your first group classes. This class also enables us to evaluate your level of fitness, address any existing injuries, determine where you might need the most work – in addition to discovering your goals and reasons for joining us. If you are already happen to be familiar with CrossFit, this class will be used to hone your form, help you achieve your goals, and set new personal records through direct coaching. After you have completed the one hour personal training sessions, you will have the basics to get you started in going to the CrossFit IGNITE classes. It does not matter if you are a professional athlete, a stay at home mom, or even if you are injured/disabled. We will work with you to develop you to the best of your ability.

Mandatory Fundamentel Sessions cost $100 for all 3 and are to be paid upon appointment.

CrossFit Class
Once you have completed your introductory sessions with our trainer, then you can join our fun and intense CrossFit classes. These group classes will typically have 5 to 20 people and focus on intensity as well as proper execution of movement. In this class, your instructor and your peers will be there to help you master the basic movements that are at the center of the CrossFit program like push ups, pull ups, air-squats, jump rope and sit-ups. You’ll also get more instruction from our trainers on the barbell movements like dead-lifts, overhead squats, presses, and more. You’ll use our Concept II rowers, kettlebells, gymnast rings, sledgehammers, medicine balls and tractor tires. Classes may also include instruction on more complex movements like the Olympic Lifts (cleans, power cleans, snatch, clean & jerk) and Overhead Squats. We will properly evaluate your athletic and physical fitness level and then scale each exercise and workout to your abilities. No one is ever too out of shape or in too good of shape for this class!


If you only have the time to come whenever you can, then we can offer you a drop in rate of $20.00 for each session.


If you can only come once a week this package would be the best for you.
Only pay $75.00 a month for once a week! (3 month obligation)
