Goal setting is an important task but is not widely used. Goal setting is incredibly effective and can provide clarity and focus not only for the future, but also for the present. The process provides disciplined structure and direction when working towards a stated purpose. Goal setting also provides motivation and can help you organize your time and resources so that you can make the most of your efforts and day. You have a responsibility as an athlete, profesional, parent, spouse etc. to own these responsibilities and be the absolute best you can be. If we don’t have things to strive and fight for daily, our days feel wasted. Won’t you come join me for 30 minutes so together we can start you on the journey to take control of the rest of your life, because “sucking at something is the first step to being sorta’ good at something”.

First thing we must recognize is you will FAIL! Welcome to the failure club, population EVERY HUMAN ON EARTH!! It is ok to fail!
What happens when you hit the point where you feel like a failure? I will help you establish goals with a set plan of habits and triggers to push through these roadblocks so you don’t feel frustrated anymore.
Set 1-3 personal goals and 1-3 Fitness goals l
Together we will set an effective S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound) plan to give you a detailed roadmap to achieving your goals.
