Couldn’t get to Ignite tonight so I decided to go out for a long run. According to the gps watch, I ran 5.34 miles in 38:42, which is a 7:15 pace. I had plans of coming back home and doing some push-ups and such, but there is no way that I am getting out of this chair before it is time to go to sleep.

Drew….I do think you should try Kenia’s suggestion, though.
Steve, the only way I would be able to sneak away on Saturday is if you made it one of those “bring the family” days like Fight Gone Bad. Even so, it might be tough. If the weather is good, I suppose the kids will want to be out trick-or-treating all day and night.

Ran 3 miles and then started to do 1/3 mile of lunges and squats until my kid ran past with her soccer team and executed a Muay Thai kick to my thigh with her shin guard. I wanted to crumble to the ground as if I had been clipped by an MMA fighter. (She did look over her shoulder and mouth the words “sorry”, sweet kid.)

Awesome workout this morning. This is substantially more demading than Annie and I loved it.
Deb also did 26lb pistols- she finds it easy with weight. Helps her balance
Deb did single jumps but doubled the #’s and used a 14lb ball. 12:30
I did 10 reps on each leg / 3*35 / 3* 44 / 3*53
Rx’d 17:16 or 16:17 I can’t really remember. Yes I need help with my coordination. I look like a newborn giraffe when I do double unders.
And Drew have you tried yoga? That might help your inability to spontaneously fart.

Farting on Demand is a skill! And… I unfortunately don’t have it…. and VIC, don’t suggest how Drew could learn such a thing… remember, I sit right next to him.
“Stannie” hahahaha. Nice. I can’t make it today though, taking the girl to the airport so i can be a bachelor for 9 days.. hopefully there will be some Sinister Sixers there to represent!!
Today’s workout was perfect for my cardio-junkie heart!! 13:10 was my time. Started first round of 50 wall balls with 16 lb ball, then discovered Deb G. had 2 14 lbs so replaced with 14 for the rest. phew!!
