Working with Chris for individual nutrition coaching is amazing. He listens carefully to my goals and creates a unique plan for me with small, realistic changes that are sustainable long term. Throughout our time working together I have learned so much more about nutrition and what my body needs to reach my individual targets. He focuses on the whole person and includes tips on sleep, workouts, etc. to lead to better overall health. If I am not consistent for a couple days, his easy manner and nonjudgmental personality make it easy for me to get back on track and not feel badly about my choices.
