4. WHAT TO EXPECT
The Free Intro session is designed to give you an overview of what we do and why we do it! It can be completed by anyone regardless of experience or fitness level. During the 1 on 1 session we’ll talk about the in's and out's of CrossFit training, do a warm-up, learn some basic movements, and complete some workouts.
4. WHAT TO BRING
Please wear athletic apparel (particularly pants with a little stretch to them that will allow you to squat!) If it happens to be cold outside, bring a hoodie or similar warmth-inducing garment. If it’s hot outside, dress light and bring water!
